Yes. Every plan includes all features — AI agents, embeddable widgets, and analytics. Plans differ in question limits, storage, and the number of team members you can add.

You can upload PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text (.txt) files. These work well because each section of the document stands on its own — the AI can read a paragraph and answer a question about it accurately.

We deliberately do not support Excel spreadsheets. The technology behind this product (called retrieval-augmented generation) works by finding the most relevant pieces of your documents and passing them to the AI. That approach is great for prose but a poor fit for spreadsheets, for two reasons:

  • Row-by-row retrieval loses context. A single row like "Q3 | North | 12,400" doesn't tell the AI what the numbers mean without the rest of the sheet — so answers often come back confidently wrong.
  • Totals and aggregates don't work. The AI can only see the rows it retrieves, not the whole sheet. Asking it to sum, average, or count across thousands of rows will produce plausible-sounding but incorrect numbers.

If you need to ask questions about data in a spreadsheet, we recommend exporting a summary or narrative report as a Word document or PDF first. You'll get far more accurate answers.
